- Automatic file synchronization from PC to the secure
server and back to the PC. Files are automatically and seamlessly
transferred to installed account locations on login.
- If two people are working on the same file, and save at
the same time, the file that was overwritten can be accessed
by opening the "Conflict Bin"
- Easily view how much storage is being used by double-clicking
on the iFolder icon on the toolbar to open the iFolder client.
- If there is difficulty in contacting the AlphaBest server,
files are still accessible because they are stored on the
local PC, as well as on the server. When service is restored,
any changes made will automatically be synchronized back
to the server and other account locations.
- Files on the secure server are encrypted so that not even
the administrators of the system can read them.
- Files can be accessed from any web browser, including
SSL-enabled web browsers on a PDA or cell phone. No client
application installation is required for secure web browser
access.
